Job Overview: 
The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for management and activation of paid media campaigns to support and advance Amica’s overall marketing objectives.  
This is a hybrid position that requires three days per week in our Lincoln, RI office and provides two work from home days per week   
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for managing paid search, lead aggregators and YouTube to ensure programs align with overall department and company goals. Manages full scope of day-to-day activity and works alongside manager and/or agency partner to develop long-term strategy for directly managed channels. 
  • Responsible for activation of campaigns across directly managed channels, including campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization.   
  • Works with creative team to ensure they understand the scope of media campaign, deadlines, and channel best practices. Also able to provide ongoing creative performance updates and learnings throughout course of campaign.   
  • Creates and maintains success metrics for media campaigns, making recommendations for metrics driven improvements and testing options to develop learnings.  
  • Works with web team to ensure cohesive strategy between paid search and organic search channels.  
  • Works with vendor partners and outside sources to understand competitive changes, industry changes and channel changes that could impact performance and strategy.  
  • Will be called upon to handle other assignments as needed.  
           
          Qualifications: 
          • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.  
          • Experience working in Google AdWords and Bing Ads interfaces. m
          • At least 3 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns.  
          • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work.  
          • Solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting data to make sound optimization recommendations.  
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
          • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.  
          • Agency experience is a plus.  
          • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
