• Providing general support of the office staff in paper form as well as electronic
• Processing incoming mail and faxes
• Scanning documents
• Processing policyholder payments and documenting appropriately
• Handles customer contact situations

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and organization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
