  • Respond to customer-specific inquiries from sales, customer service and claims relating to operation of annuity contracts and life insurance policies.
  • Analyze new life product regulations, laws, court decisions and communicate to appropriate channels
  • Assist with drafting annuity contracts and forms
  • Analyze suitability and best interest regulatory requirements and prepare forms
  • Assist with review of suitability and best interest completed forms from customers
  • Provide guidance in drafting web-based product information


  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6 years’ experience in life insurance and/or annuity industry
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Willing to pursue professional insurance designations
