  • Identify and test monthly and quarterly cloud application updates and communicate functionality enhancements to end users
  • Provide functional and technical support for Accounting Department personnel and escalate internally or to vendors as needed
  • Provide proven recommendations for improved application efficiencies where applicable.
  • Assist in regular application maintenance and day-to-day application and PC support for all Accounting personnel
  • Serve as liaison between Accounting, CIS, consultants, software vendors, and other departments regarding technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC) as well as ensure proper documentation and evidence is maintained and distributed upon request


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in Financial Systems is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and rational database
  • Experience with the following is a plus but not required: Access, Oracle Cloud, Accounting Software, SQL, OBIEE, and Jira
