Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Data Analyst who will determine requirements to establish and perform data projects based on management needs.  The selected candidate will extract and manipulate data from various sources to enable strategic decision-making. The individual should demonstrate strong analytical skills, high aptitude, and the ability to see the big picture.


  • Understand business objectives, defining modeling goals, and evaluating analytical approaches
  • Support initiatives for data strategy and data integrity
  • Assist in the development of predictive models from structured and unstructured data
  • Assist with the transformation of raw data into consumable information
  • Perform data mining using clustering, NLP, classification, regression or other techniques
  • Create data visualizations
  • Design reusable models with programming languages Python or R
  • Provide clear communication of technical work to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field or equivalent work required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge and expertise in statistical models
  • Proficient in Python/R
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), PowerBI or data visualization software
  • Knowledge of Snowflake
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
