  • Assist with CFT and ALM reporting including updating various model inputs.
  • Run complex models and analyze the results and update actuarial reports
  • Develop tools used to validate model outputs and identify and implement model improvements
  • Determine necessary changes to the model to accommodate new products and features as will as incorporate new assumptions into the model 
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects including the automation and streamlining of current processes
  • Identify and direct the implementation of process improvement
  • Provide clear communication of technical work to technical and non-technical audiences
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as outlined


  • Life Insurance Internship experience preferred
  • At least 1 Actuarial Exam passed is preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to be an innovative thinker and understand the "big picture"
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • High energy, results oriented self-starter with the ability to achieve under tight deadlines in a rewarding and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel; other programming skills
  • This role will take place in Lincoln, RI with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week
