Associate Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Entering daily attendance entries into the UltiPro system
• Conducting interviews and department orientations for new employees
• Controlling department discretionary funds and quarterly reports, as well as handling payment of bills
• Maintaining licensing renewals, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements
• Arranging for repairs to business equipment
• Assisting management with various projects and preparing reports
• Handling dress code issues, as well as, coordinating safety, CPR and first aid

Salary

A starting annual salary of $46,214

The 37.5-hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost respect and privacy
• Proficient in Microsoft office products and be willing to learn other software programs
