Associate Business Intelligence Analyst – Life Finance

Gather requirements and create reports based on management needs using Tableau or equivalent tools
Complete the design, construction, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance of new reports
Develop and maintain corporate dashboards and scorecards
Test and validate underlying report data
Assist business executives by sharing insight, provide supporting details, make recommendations, and measure results
Distribute electronic reports via Intranet and/or compatible methods
Extract and manipulate data using SQL language or other database querying language
Provide technical support for existing management reports
Assist with the development of reporting and data standards/best practices
Perform administration for reporting and other related tools where required

The 37.5-hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau and other data mining software
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
