Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Competitive Intelligence Analyst. The selected individual will collect, organize and summarize competitive pricing and product data from a variety of sources in support of actuarial rate analyses and other product and pricing related projects.


• Research, organize and evaluate competitive pricing and product data from a variety of sources including premium comparison software, competitor rate filings, and other industry reports
• Provide ad-hoc competitive research summaries in support of business needs
• Maintain and improve existing competitive research processes and reports
• Develop new and relevant competitive research processes and reports
• Assist in managing external vendors and associated processes as required
• Provide information on the competitive landscape and new product offerings to the Actuarial team and other departments as needed
• Participate in various internal committees as a competitive intelligence liaison
• Attend and participate in industry competitive intelligence seminars and forums


• Strong P&C industry knowledge or prior competitive intelligence analysis experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills including the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent consultative, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customers
