Associate HRIS Analyst

primarily in the Ultipro HRMS/Payroll system as well as Kronos Time and Attendance to support the Payroll and Benefits teams
Participate in all activities required to develop and prepare specifications
Create and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports as needed in Ultipro’s Cognos BI tool
Analyze and define system’s scope and objects based on business and user needs. Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Establish deliverables related to the project and ensure the use of established processes
Utilize and maintain application expertise, including the use of technologies, tools, standards, established processes, and concepts necessary to develop quality HRIS solution and/or training
Assist with the coordination of HRIS activities, report generation, project completion and user satisfaction
Work closely with users to develop business requirements
Provide coverage and support of production and test systems

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses a technical aptitude
Strong familiarity with Payroll operations is preferred
Knowledge and experience using Ultimate Software’s UltiPro HRMS/Payroll Software is preferred
Knowledge of UltiPro’s Cognos reporting tool is preferred
Knowledge and experience using Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance is desired
Strong experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Microsoft Access experience is a plus
