Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Product Analyst. This position is responsible for various functions within the Life Finance Department, including but not limited to supporting the Product Owner of the policy administration and claims systems, producing illustrations and quotes on all products, and assisting with in force policy and product management.


  • Assist with Life Policy Administration System
    • Attend Agile ceremonies and address concerns from developers, testers, and subject matter experts
    • Create weekly status reports for the project team and stakeholders
    • Set up new products as outlined by the Actuarial team
  • Assist with Life Claims System
    • Attend Agile ceremonies and address concerns from developers, testers, and subject matter experts
    • Create weekly status reports for the project team and stakeholders
  • Assist with management of in force policies and products
    • Answer product related questions for operational and accounting teams
    • Produce weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Prepare and review illustrations and quotes
  • Provide clear communication of technical work to technical and non-technical audiences


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Life Insurance experience preferred; Agile project management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to be an innovative thinker and understand the "big picture"
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • High energy, results oriented self-starter with the ability to achieve under tight deadlines in a rewarding and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools
