Casualty Claims Analyst

Location:  East Coast Region (Remote)

Our Casualty Division is seeking a Claims Analyst who will be responsible for handling moderate to high severity casualty claims.


  • Handle moderate-to-high severity claims while demonstrating a high degree of competency in the areas of investigations, file documentation skills, medical terminology, injury knowledge, negotiation, communication skills, litigation management and strategy skills
  • Assist with various casualty claims initiatives, including assisting with technical training, pilot programs and other assigned projects
  • Travel as necessary to attend proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations and trials is required. Some overnight and/or extended travel may be necessary
  • Create peace of mind while building enduring relationships with our customers


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of claims adjusting experience
  • Experience handling moderate to high severity bodily injury claims and claims involving litigation is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong coverage and organizational skills
  • Strong litigation management and negotiating skills
  • Completion of insurance designation program (CPCU, AIC) is preferred
