Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service 
  • Assists customers with new and existing claims
  • Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
  • Training will be provided

Schedule and Salary

The 37.5 hour work week would be as follows:

  • Week 1 – Monday – Friday, 2:30pm-10:00pm, Week 2 – will include Saturday hours 1:30pm-9:00pm with a day off during the week (TBD). 10% shift differential would apply.

A starting gross annual salary of  $32,392 ($16.61 hourly) and an additional 5 - 10% shift differential depending on the shift. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
  • Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
