Our Spokane Valley, Washington, office is seeking an Associate National Service Representative (Customer Service Representative - Insurance), with a starting annual salary of $37,333 ($17.95/hour), and an additional 15% shift differential for working the swing shift.

The 40-hour/week work schedule will be Saturday and Sunday beginning at either 7 a.m. or 8 a.m., and weekdays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. with two adjacent days off mid-week.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts
• Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
• Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Comprehensive training is provided.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer keyboard (35 wpm) and processing skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
