Responsibilities:

• Create concise and innovative headlines
• Research and organize facts and sources, as well as, interview sources
• Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies
• Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
• Collaborate with other members of a variety of creative teams and designers
• Write a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, etc)
• Support and collaborate with the SEO analysts and SEO-adjacent projects, including customer surveys, internal linking, and conversion rate optimization
• Develop supporting content for infographics and other visuals
• Support projects of all sizes and complexity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• Minimum of 3 years of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Work in a fast paced, high expectation environment
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Relates well to others and quickly builds relationships
• Capable of effectively breaking down, prioritizing, scoping length and difficulty and managing multiple competing tasks
• Working knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Ceremonies, Burn-down Metrics, Velocity etc.
• Work independently, showing judgement and initiative in order to accomplish job duties
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Capable of leading multiple scrum teams
• Domain knowledge and/or experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Professional designations such as CSM, A-CSM or CSP-SM is preferred
