As a Digital Data Analyst within our Digital Insights team, you will utilize seasoned data analysis, storytelling and visualization skills to help monitor and optimize Amica’s web sites and mobile applications. • Extract, manipulate and analyze data to assess digital activity, trends, users, sentiment and their behaviors, in support of channel optimization and continual improvement of the user experience.
  • Prepare and present analytical results that deliver actionable insights for enhancing digital user journeys, engagement, experiences, growth, conversion, revenue generation and retention.
  • Effectively analyze and visualize data, translating it into stories for stakeholders that are clear and understandable, and summarizing findings to inform and drive better decision making.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and analytics methods through testing, validation, and following best practices.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, vendors, business stakeholders, engineers, analysts and other Agile team members

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of digital analytics experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
