Amica is hiring for an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be a collaborative leader with a passion for digital marketing, technology and managing people.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing strategy including SEM, email and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Plan and execute campaigns in an omni-channel approach with other media teams.  Coordinate digital marketing efforts with social media team.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Support SEO efforts
  • Build an email marketing strategy for retaining existing customers and attracting prospects.  Experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud and/or Cheetah Digital preferred.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing website updates.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in developing digital marketing strategies with proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C marketing, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience in using Adobe AEM and Adobe Ensighten products.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving and web analytic tools.
  • Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud or Cheetah Digital
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Hiring, coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Self-motivated and  customer-focused
