Responsibilities:

The primary functions of this role include participating in the planning and development of the technical strategic vision, as well as ensuring optimal levels of integrity, performance, reliability, and availability of the Enterprise business application systems, services and applications. You will be working with cross functional resources and stakeholders to ensure delivery of creative and technical solutions.

• Develop and gain approval for high level delivery plans of various sized software development projects.
• Collaborate and communicate within the matrixed organization structure.
• Oversee daily production support incident and response management.
• Keep services upgraded and supportable.
• Meet/exceed service standards for performance and up-time.
• Impact analysis for the degradation or unavailability of the services/applications.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.
• Ensure application security standards are met.
• Maintain effective internal controls and executing risk and control procedures.
• Promote and ensure compliance with industry best practices as well as overall technical strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing/coordinating projects and/or teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Java experience required
• Possess strong conflict-resolution skills
• Solid oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Able to make timely decisions and solve problems in a fast paced, high expectation environment
• High attention to detail and proactive in following-up
• Highly adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to support and drive change
• Committed to increasing functional and technical knowledge and continuous learning, including but is not limited to self-teaching, training sessions or seminars with a focus on expanding knowledge beyond the current role
• Willing to pursue relevant certifications, as well as, ITIL certification
