  • Handle the outside investigation and settlement of property claims
  • Ability to confidently handle complex homeowner’s claims
  • Regularly scope and estimate damage up to $50,000
  • Some local travel will be required


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of property claims adjusting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong coverage and organizational skills
  • Xactimate experience strongly preferred 
  • Applicant is expected to have a primary handling territory of San Mateo County and must reside in or around the San Francisco Bay Area.
