Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Performs all duties necessary to design, build, test, implement and manage release processes for the progression of code and configuration throughout test and production environments.
• Identifying process automation opportunities and design new automated processes to support CI\CD pipelines.
• Documentation of release processes and assist in developing and maintaining standards for release implementation.
• Setup and maintain application development and testing environments; including project support.
• Manage and support, component and system upgrades while maintaining system availability.
• Conducts research and attends training to stay abreast of current and emerging change and configuration practices and internal control standards.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers.
• Respond to production system incidents, helps to trouble shoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as scheduled and must perform after hours support.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline and 5+ years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Proficient in scripting as a form of process automation, experience with PowerShell, Groovy preferred.
• Working understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices, experience with Quickbuild, UrbanCode Deploy and Release suites preferred.
• Working understanding of Java Virtual Machines (JVM), experience with Tomcat preferred.
• Working understanding of ITIL concepts and principles, experience with Remedy preferred.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services.
• Experience with agile software development practices.
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
