  • Become proficient in all aspects of Amica Life products and services
  • Gain an understanding of routine coverage, financial, and policy maintenance changes
  • Handle questions and policy inquiries from customers
  • Recommend appropriate solutions, procedures, and actions for customers
  • Work to meet and exceed sales/service goals
  • Assist occasionally with system testing


A starting annual salary of $38,257 ($19.62 per hour).

The 37.5 hour schedule will be Monday-Friday between the core hours of 9 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. After training is complete, the schedule will change to 10:45am – 7:00pm Monday-Friday with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.


  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
  • Basic computer processing skills
  • Professional and enthusiastic, with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Effective active listening skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle confidential information
