This position is responsible for working with the management team to establish and assist in meeting objectives including all projects, quality assurance, and service operations of the Amica Life Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach and motivate section staff members to meet service standards and develop Integrity Service and Coaching skills
  • Implement procedural changes to provide greater efficiency and service using new technology and business solutions to support workflow
  • Work with management to interview and train new employees and supervise existing employees
  • Test and implement software upgrades to all systems related to servicing policy changes
  • Audit daily work for quality control
  • Monitor telephone calls to determine additional training needs, coaching, and developing staff
  • Pursue insurance designations
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills 

  • Knowledge of computer functions and telecommunications
