Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an experienced analytical professional to join the Amica Marketing team. Candidates are required to have a broad knowledge of marketing analytics and market research, and have several years of experience in consolidating and analyzing cross-channel marketing data to extract actionable business insights. The incumbent will report to a senior marketing manager and work closely with senior members of the Marketing department.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance advertising, direct mail, digital analytical reports.
  • Proactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data, and extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-making.
  • Team with other analysts and marketing professionals to extract data and operational insights to enhance and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage customer surveys and other research activities.
  • Communicate research and analytical findings and implications to management.
  • Participate in professional development programs as identified by management.
  • Handle other tasks when needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Two years or more relevant experience is preferred
  • A four-year college degree is required; a master degree is preferred
  • Strong project management and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills required and strong statistical background preferred.
  • Team spirit and comfortable with public speaking
  • Can approach issues proactively and prioritize and reprioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs such as Excel and Access, and proficiency in statistical and reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy are required. Knowledge of Python, R, Teradata, SQL data integration tools is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing survey questionnaires, and using comprehensive survey or customer feedback systems, as well as dashboard reporting tools is desired
