  • Assume management of assigned projects with responsibilities including building timelines, coordinating deliverables, tracking schedules and prioritizing workload.
  • Engage with internal teams and outside resources to effectively manage on-time delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate the production of printed marketing collateral materials, promotional/informational emails, marketing messaging, and other communications to support product and service launches.
  • Work with cross-functional team to advance our marketing efforts for customer retention and referral programs.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that foster company core values and initiates.
  • Create and maintain success metrics for marketing campaigns, making recommendations for metrics driven improvements.
  • Provide budget support and track ongoing expenditures relative to assigned projects, assisting in development of marketing spend forecasts and annual budget planning.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.


  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting data to make sound optimization recommendations.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Life insurance industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (specifically, is a plus.
