• Handle moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of general ledgers, managerial reports and financial statements
• Analyze the effects of the operations on the financial results of the Company
• Interpret and identify trends or deviations in financial statements
• Research new technical accounting pronouncements and their potential effect on Company policies and procedures
• Assist in identifying improvements related to month end, management reporting and other core functions of the group
• Provide leadership by example through feedback and input in group meetings and discussions


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of two years’ experience
• Thorough knowledge of life statutory accounting principles, theories and terminology
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Pursuit of advanced degree/professional designations recommended
• May be CPA exam eligible
