Our office located in Lisle, IL, is seeking Summer Help for our Sales and Client Services team. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week during the summer.

Job Responsibilities:

This position entails general support work of scanning, uploading, and recording paper documents in an electronic system. Job duties include but are not limited to computer keyboarding, sorting, scanning, and filing.

  • General support work which includes sorting and reviewing file documents to categorize by type
  • Determining sort order to scan and upload documents and input description details within electronic system.
  • Various other support related tasks as they arise

Desirable Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, once provided with instruction
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills, always completing duties accurately and efficiently
  • Proficient Computer Skills and familiarity with a variety of software products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Willing and able to learn how to use additional computer programs

Our Summer Help program is designed for individuals who have recently obtained or are in the process of obtaining their high school diploma.
