Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Financial Systems Analyst. This position is primarily responsible for providing end user support for functional and technical questions and/or issues related to on premise or cloud-based Accounting Department applications, while working hand-in-hand with Oracle and other external vendors to transfer knowledge to the team.  


  • Test quarterly Administrative cloud application updates and communicate functionality enhancements to end users
  • Develop a process for end-to-end testing of new roles and changes to existing roles when applicable.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Accounting personnel including fully researching Oracle support for solutions and escalating internally or to vendors as needed.
  • Work with other departments to gain a better understanding of their role to help provide insight into reported issues
  • Assist in training new hires and validate Associate Analyst work until they are comfortable and working successfully independently
  • Ensure compliance with ITGC requirements and assist with Internal Audit requests for MAR audit documentation
  • Review procedures for new and existing processes and validate ease of use/usability by other staff
  • Work with Oracle and PWC to ensure all Service Requests and questions are handled in a timely manner
  • Experience with the following is a plus but not required: Oracle Cloud, Accounting Software, SQL, OBIEE, and Jira.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics or related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Familiar with PC operating system software and PC application software

  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database design
  • Possess a programming aptitude with programming and testing experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Familiar with various Web development tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
