Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Meet expectations of customers by fully servicing their accounts
• Uses logic and known methods to problem solve with effective solutions and provide sound recommendations
• Efficiently utilizes resources and understands the necessary tasks to simplify complex customer situations
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Must have a current state insurance license and maintain license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Understanding of Amica’s service mission, our underwriting philosophy and product offerings
• Adherence to our Service Standards
• Committed to attending educational and professional improvement programs
