Accounting Operations Supervisor - Treasury

Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily cash management function for all companies.
Review and approve monthly journal entries for all Treasury activities.
Review and complete the monthly reconciliations of all bank and investment accounts, including reconciliations performed by other Associates within Treasury.
Supervise team with guidance from the Accounting Operations Manager.
Delegate work independently providing formal feedback to employees.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
Identify and recommend areas of improvement.
Maintain oversight of the unclaimed property compliance program.
Maintain external vendor relationships with banking partners and merchant processor.
Identify and recommend new bank technologies, products and services to create efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
Work collaboratively with other core functional areas of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Master’s Degree preferred.
Thorough knowledge of cash management and accounting principles.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Pursuit of advanced degree/professional designations recommended; CTP designation highly recommended.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint.
