Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties requiring proficient knowledge of Internal Audit Department policies and practices.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•Assist in administering Audit systems and SharePoint site
•Perform Quality Assurance review
•Assist with the audit process, including the monitoring of audit recommendations and surveys and review of audit reports
•Prepare memo, correspondence and department meeting minutes
•Schedule and organize meetings, travel, and department activities for managers
•May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

•Minimum of 4 years administrative or office experience
•Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
•Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Strong writing skills and attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing tasks and demands
•Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines
•Willingness to develop an understanding of Internal Audit processes and standards
•Pursue additional insurance designations
