Our office located in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Administrative Assistant. The selected individual will update attendance entries, create job postings and assist in the hiring process, orientation and licensing of new employees. They will also arrange for repairs to business equipment, make travel arrangements, order supplies, distribute mail and process payments and bank deposits. Additional job responsibilities include to assist management with various projects, prepare reports, handle dress code issues as well as coordinate safety, CPR and first aid.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment to manage multiple competing tasks and demands. An ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost respect and privacy is expected. Must be proficient in Microsoft office products and be willing to learn other software programs.
