Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst. This position involves performing analysis of data. The selected candidate will determine requirements and create reports by extracting and manipulating data from various sources while utilizing business intelligence tools to present data to users.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•Gather requirements and create reports based on management needs using Tableau or equivalent tools
•Complete the design, construction, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance of new reports
•Develop and maintain corporate dashboards and scorecards
•Test and validate underlying report data
•Assist business executives by sharing insight, provide supporting details, make recommendations, and measure results
•Distribute electronic reports via Intranet and/or compatible methods
•Extract and manipulate data using SQL language or other database querying language
•Provide technical support for existing management reports
•Assist with the development of reporting and data standards/best practices
•Perform administration for reporting and other related tools where required
•May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Strong analytical skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau and other data mining software
•Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
