Associate Claims Service Representative- Property

• Ability to work within an electronic claim file environment, taking claim reports, investigating, negotiating, and settling property claims
• Exhibit professional telephone manner to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
• Ability to problem solve and use time effectively in order to multitask and prioritize work
• Works well in a team setting


A starting salary of $36,750 ($18.85/hour)

The 37.5 hour schedule is Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year


• High School or equivalent education required
• Previous customer service experience
• 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training is provided
• Must be able to pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements to maintain license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) and computer processing
• Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
