Location: Lincoln, RI (Rhode Island Claims)

Handle personal lines insurance claims including auto, homeowners, marine and liability claims
Substantial customer contact via the telephone and written and email correspondence
Work in electronic claims file environment
Take telephone loss reports and set up claims files
Process loss or expense payments to insured’s, third parties and vendors

A starting annual salary of $35,000. The 37.5-hour week is Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year. Comprehensive training is provided.

High school or equivalent education required
Must pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements to maintain license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) and processing
Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
