Associate Competitive Intelligence Analyst

Research, organize and evaluate competitive pricing and product data from a variety of sources including premium comparison software, competitor rate filings, and other industry reports
Provide ad-hoc competitive research summaries in support of business needs
Maintain and improve existing competitive research processes and reports
Develop new and relevant competitive research processes and reports
Assist in managing external vendors and associated processes
Provide information on the competitive landscape and new product offerings to the actuarial team and other departments
Participate in various internal committees as a competitive intelligence liaison
Attend and participate in industry competitive intelligence seminars and forums

The 37.5-hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.

Strong P&C industry knowledge or prior competitive intelligence analysis experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills including ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent consultative, leadership, and project management skills
Excellent knowledge of company products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customers
