Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate HRIS Analyst to perform systems analysis, develop HRIS solutions for business applications and assist with the implementation of those solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. Works primarily with Ultimate Software’s UltiPro and Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Works primarily in the Ultipro HRMS/Payroll system as well as Kronos Time and Attendance.
• Primarily supports the Payroll and Benefits teams.
• Participates in all activities required to develop and prepare specifications.
• Analyzes and defines system’s scope and objects based on business and user needs. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Works closely with users to develop business requirements.
• Establishes deliverables related to the project and ensures the use of established processes.
• May assist with the coordination of HRIS activities, report generation, project completion and user satisfaction.
• Utilizes and maintains application expertise, including the use of technologies, tools, standards, established processes, and concepts necessary to develop quality HRIS solution and/or training.
• Creates and maintains Business Intelligence (BI) reports as needed in Ultipro’s Cognos BI tool.
• Creates and maintains reports in Excel as necessary.
• Provides coverage and support of production and test systems.
• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses a technical aptitude
• Strong familiarity with Payroll operations is preferred
• Knowledge and experience using Ultimate Software’s UltiPro HRMS/Payroll Software is preferred.
• Knowledge of UltiPro’s Cognos reporting tool is preferred
• Knowledge and experience using Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance is desired
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Microsoft Access experience is a plus
