Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Investment Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to trading, performance measurement, and reporting for the Amica Investment portfolios.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•Perform processes required for routing trade allocations, affirming trade details, and validating the custodial setup and settlement of trades
•Work with brokers and custodial bank to identify settlement issues
•Review daily investment trade activity
•Account for daily investment activity and cash transactions
•Perform tasks related to the daily processing of the Investment Performance Measurement System
•Complete various analytical reports and graphs
•Prepare portfolio reconciliations
•May be called upon to handle other duties as required

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree is preferred
•Fundamental knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles
•Familiarity working with core Bloomberg and State Street Banking Systems is preferred
•Knowledge of investment processes is a plus
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Willing to pursue insurance designations
