Our office located Carmel, IN is seeking an Associate National Service Specialist. This entry-level position involves providing exceptional customer service through the handling of inbound and outbound telephone service calls for our First Notice of Loss section. Additional duties include assisting with our roadside assistance and glass programs.

This 37.50 hour work week, including weekends, requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing. Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Previous insurance background is a plus. Comprehensive training is provided.
