Associate Support Representative

Lincoln, RI (Sales & Client Services Support – Testing Team)

Responsibilities:
• Manually rate policies as well as check for accuracy in sample policy packages.
• Ensures that insurance rates and forms are correct prior to policies being quoted and issued to our customers.
• Understands and adheres to quality assurance standards and established team workflows
• Develops positive customer service relationships by effectively building rapport

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail is necessary and experience in rating rules is a plus.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and QMF are also required.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and math skills are a plus.
• Willingness to pursue insurance education and career development
