Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Voice Analyst. The selected individual will support Amica’s company-wide telephone systems and affiliated applications.

The available shift is Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The selected candidate must be flexible and committed to working outside these hours for purposes of troubleshooting, maintenance and systems testing. This position shares a 24/7 pager duty with other team members on a rotating basis.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•Handles general service requests
•Monitors and troubleshoots hardware/software problems
•Reviews bills from various telephone vendors and creates monthly wireless usage reports
•Establishes service for wireless devices and provides end-user support
•Maintains Voice Operations Intranet Site
•Provides support for escalated help desk telephony questions
•Orders telephone service for branch relocations
•Provides backup operator support as needed

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
•Pursue additional insurance designations
