Our office located in Carmel, IN is seeking an Associate National Billing Representative. This entry-level position involves providing exceptional customer service through the handling of inbound and outbound telephone billing service calls. This position will assist customers with over-the-phone payments, enrollment in the automatic payment plan, issuance of duplicate bills and the handling of other billing concerns as well as the documentation of these actions. May also be called upon to handle other duties as required.

A comprehensive 3-week training period will be provided. The training schedule will run from Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm, followed by assignment to the regular schedule.

The regular schedule is: Monday – Saturday 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm with a flex day off of either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

This 37.50 hours work week requires excellent math and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Requires regular weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
