• Confidently handle personal injury protection (PIP) claims, including working with our medical management vendor, handling and defending PIP arbitrations/suits along with quarterly PLIGA filings
• Conduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high call volume environment
• Investigate and settle claims of a varied complexity through telephone contact and correspondence within authority and with minimum supervision
• Take complete telephone reports, document files completely, and maintain daily diary system
• Strong knowledge of automobile and homeowners policies, and able to fully understand Amica claims policy
• Comply with State and Amica imposed regulations and participate in ongoing training on Amica policies and investigation/adjustment skills


A starting annual salary of $46,214 ($23.70 per hour)

The 37.5-hour schedule will be Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.


• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Prior Personal Injury Protection claims experience
• Maintain state insurance license
• Knowledge of adjusting practices and techniques
• Strong communication skills
