Responsibilities

• Take countrywide first notice of loss (FNOL) reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Involvement with our roadside assistance program
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships

Our Spokane Valley, WA office is seeking an Associate National Service Specialist with the starting salary of $34,551 ($16.61/hour) and an additional 5% shift differential for working the swing shift.

The 40 hour work week would be as follows:

• Week 1 – Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Week 2 – Will include Saturday hours 1:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a day off during the week (TBD).


Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
• Computer keyboard (35 wpm) and processing skills
• After hire, employees will be required to obtain adjuster license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)
