Our office located in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Associate National Service Specialist with the starting salary of $30,362 and an additional 10% shift differential for working the swing shift.

The 37.5 hour work week would be as follows:

Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 2:00pm-9:30pm, Week 2 – will include Saturday hours 1:30pm-9:00pm with a day off during the week (TBD).


The first notice of loss group (FNOL) is responsible for taking countrywide FNOL reports. The selected individuals will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the handling of inbound and outbound telephone service calls with respect to countrywide glass claims. Additional duties include assisting the glass unit with bill processing as well as involvement with our roadside assistance program. We will provide all the necessary training.

Requirements:

Candidates will be required to secure and maintain adjuster licensure. Must demonstrate sound verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. May be called upon to perform additional job duties.
