Location: 12410 East Mirabeau Parkway, Spokane Valley, WA

Our Spokane Valley, WA office is seeking an Associate National Service Specialist with the starting salary of $32,392 and an additional 10% shift differential for working the swing shift which brings the total compensation to $35,361.20.

The 37.5 hour work week would be as follows:
• Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. OR Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 1:30pm
• Week 2 – will include Saturday hours 1:30pm-9:00pm with a day off during the week (TBD).

Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Take countrywide first notice of loss (FNOL) reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Involvement with our roadside assistance program
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
• Computer keyboard (35 wpm) and processing skills
• After hire, employees will be required to obtain adjuster license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)
