Responsibilities

•Providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts
•Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
•Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Comprehensive training is provided

Salary

A starting gross annual salary of $37,333 ($17.95/hour), and an additional 15% shift differential for working the swing shift

The 40-hour work week schedule will be Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM and weekdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with two adjacent days off mid-week

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent education required
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Computer keyboard (35 wpm) and processing skills
•Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•Strong letter writing and a professional telephone manner
•Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
