Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate National Service Representative with a starting salary of $34,994.

This entry-level position involves providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing. Candidates should have previous customer service experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well with others. Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Previous insurance background is a plus. Comprehensive training is provided.

The work schedule will be either:

Option A- 10% shift differential:
Saturday and Sunday: 1:15pm to 10pm, Weekdays 3-10:30pm (two adjacent days off mid-week)

Option B- 5% shift differential:
Saturday and Sunday: 8am-4:45pm, Weekdays: 3 to 10:30pm (two adjacent days off mid-week)
