Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit data requirements and success measures; identify and document requirements for analysis, reports
• Extract and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data to monitor and measure digital traffic activity, trends, users and their behaviors to support channel optimization
• Develop compelling business stories based on analysis of digital data and inclusive of actionable insights
• Develop and maintain new and existing digital channel activity reports and analyze the data within
• Build and enhance existing dashboards that provide insights into channel usage and performance
• Gather, structure and analyze data; present findings to support channel strategies and inform decision making
• Proactively identifies and assesses data sources and types to generate channel insights, utilizing a variety of digital analytics/reporting tools
• Conduct cross channel user behavioral analysis and provide recommendations to improve the customer experience
• Provide insights on data trends and anomalies, and recommend improvements to drive the optimization of our digital offerings

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years relevant experience with digital analytics
• Knowledge of analytical methods and statistical concepts; strong problem solving skills
• Strong sense of curiosity and high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
• Proven problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful patterns/insights from multiple data sources
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, AGILE work environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access
• Proficiency in building/managing dashboards and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as IBM Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and Teradata

Knowledge and skills preferred:   

• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Knowledge of AGILE methodology
• Familiarity with data mining and data modeling techniques
• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R data management tools and programming languages a plus
