Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, execution and optimization of digital marketing programs to help meet Amica’s lead generation and communications objectives.


Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Works with content marketing agency and internal partners to oversee content planning, development, campaign execution and analysis in support of Amica’s Auto and Home content marketing objectives. Facilitates optimization of Amica’s Auto and Home content microsites.
• Works with cross departmental team to assist in content planning and creation, campaign development and analysis in support of Amica’s Auto and Home social media objectives.
• Works with email marketing agency and internal partners to oversee planning, development, execution, analysis and optimization of programs in support of Amica’s Auto and Home email marketing objectives.
• Works with agency and internal partners to align digital marketing programs with broader advertising strategies, advanced segmentation and custom messaging across relevant channels.
• Supports new media testing and audience segmentation strategies where appropriate.
• Leads special marketing projects as assigned by the Marketing Officer.
• Will be called upon to handle other duties as required.


Job Requirements:

• Five years of experience in the marketing field.
• Experience in the development, execution and analysis of digital marketing programs.
• Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple programs simultaneously and prioritize when necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively with agency partners, internal partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage and track projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Ability to understand analytics, how to interpret data and make optimization recommendations a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with the insurance industry preferred. Experience marketing Auto and Home insurance products a plus.
