Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Bilingual Associate Sales Representative with a starting salary of $37,333 ($17.95/hour) and a competitive bonus pay structure based on the number of policies written on a monthly basis.

The available 40 hour shifts are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM, and every other Saturday with a day off during that week

Monday through Friday, 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday with a day off during that week

This position involves converting advertising, direct mail and other leads into new business by handling countrywide telephone calls. Candidates must be able to meet individual and department objectives and apply sales skills while soliciting and cross selling all personal lines of insurance.

Proficient bilingual skills in Spanish/English (verbal/written) are required. Candidates should have previous sales experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well with others. Employees will be required to obtain state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements.
